How long are processing times?
We appreciate you taking your time to shop with us. We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your product has shipped. Please, allow up to 48 hours for tracking portal to update.
How do I change my address ?
Please email us at rebornsecret23@gmail.com with the words “change address” in the subject line within 10hours. We will be able to update the address as long the ordering time is with 12hours Period.
What shipping couriers do you use ?
USPS, UPS, and Fedex.
What’s our return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped. And, you will need to provide proof of damage.
If the product arrived damaged, the customer must contact our Customer Support email within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. We’ll respond promptly upon receiving your email and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out.
