How long are processing times?

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email update with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

How do I change my shipping address?

Email us at rebornsecret23@gmail.com with "Change Address" in the subject line.

You must contact us within 10 hours of placing your order. Address changes are only possible within a 12-hour window from the time of purchase.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We only accept returns for products that arrived damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped — with proof provided.
