Shipping
We appreciate you taking your time to shop with us. We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your product has shipped. Please, allow up to 48 hours for tracking portal to update.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders placed during business days will ship within 12 hours from the time they are placed. There may be times during the holidays where we experience longer delays which can cause processing times to increase to 3-5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 business days until delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped. And, you will need to provide proof of damage.
If the product arrived damaged, the customer must contact our Customer Support email within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. We’ll respond promptly upon receiving your email and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out.
